For 2 people you will need:
(cooking and prep time usually takes about 5 mins)
a handful of prawns
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp peas, cooked prior
- Put a small amount of olive oil or butter into a frying pan over a moderate heat.
- Add your prawns to the pan.
- Crack and whisk eggs in a cup or bowl before adding to the pan.
- Once your whisked eggs have been added, add all other ingredients
- keep your pan on the heat until foo young has lightly browned and flip
- repeat and serve
